Welcome to our website. By accessing or using this website, engaging with our digital advertising (including Google and Meta Ads), or submitting an enquiry, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

4. Special Promotional Offer: September Private Event Booking

A. Eligibility & Confirmation

  • Valid strictly for new private event bookings. Existing bookings, past enquiries, and events under prior negotiation are excluded.
  • To qualify, the booking must be fully confirmed—signed Event Agreement and deposit paid in full—by 11:59 pm AEST, 30 September 2026.
  • Offer is forfeited if a qualifying event is subsequently cancelled or rescheduled.

B. Welcome Drink Upgrade

  • Includes one (1) complimentary house-selection cocktail per guest, based on the final guest count provided 7 days prior to the event.
  • Does not apply to walk-ins, unregistered additional guests, or top-ups.
  • Non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, spirits, or alternative beverages, and does not constitute an open bar tab.
  • Guests must be 18+ and adhere to standard Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines. ARQ reserves the right to refuse service.

C. Complimentary Photo Booth

  • Photo booth access is subject to availability, venue scheduling, and written confirmation with management at least 14 days prior to the event.

D. Offer Terms & Modifications

  • This offer has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other promotion unless agreed in writing.
  • Standard ARQ Event Agreement terms apply in full (including minimum spend requirements, timing, and cancellation policies).
  • ARQ reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website, interaction with our digital campaigns, or reliance on promotional content.
