FAQ
We usually reserve a small number of tickets for purchase at the door, unless stated otherwise.
We strongly recommend buying your ticket in advance to secure entry and avoid higher door prices. If you plan to buy at the door, arrive early to avoid missing out.
However, availability is limited and not guaranteed, especially if we reach capacity.
We keep lost items for up to 30 days. If you’ve lost something during your visit, email hello@arqnightclub.com.au with the item description, the date of your visit and a photo if possible.
